Tropical Dreams Resorts was formed in early 2004 by two friends and accomplished businessmen – Richard Hoare, Electrical Engineer and William Usher, Agronomist. Upon return in the mid 90’s from University studies, they started to acquire lands all over Belize, and now they would like to share what they consider, the most beautiful parts of Belize with you, our Guests.
